Portfolio Description
St. Xavier’s School, with branches in Udaipur and Pali, approached us to strengthen their digital presence and build a strong online connection with parents and prospective students. The goal was to highlight their academic excellence, vibrant student life, and engaging campus culture—without relying on testimonials. We created a strategic mix of educational and entertaining content, bringing the school’s values and personality to life on social media. Our campaign focused on making learning visible, relatable, and parent-friendly.
We developed a long-term social media strategy that balanced academic strength with creative storytelling. Parent-Focused Social Content Strategy
Increased Engagement & Enquiry Growth
We developed a content framework that showcased the academic achievements, curriculum strength, and student progress through visually engaging and informative posts, positioning St. Xavier’s as a leader in quality education.
Our approach included light, relatable, and culturally relevant content for parents—such as interactive reels, fun facts, classroom snapshots, and clever formats like “History Frenzy” and “Current Affairs Quizzes” that made learning fun.
We segmented the content based on age groups—primary, middle, and senior—ensuring relevance and engagement across parents of children in different standards. This structure also allowed better planning of weekly posts.
We introduced campaigns that encouraged parent and student interaction, including polls, Q&As, and participation in theme-based events. These initiatives helped humanize the school’s brand and created trust with the audience.
To keep parents informed in a light and educational way, we created a “Saturday Newsroom” series—curating kid-friendly world news updates and presenting them in an engaging format, making the page both fun and informative.
